Saturday 17 June 2011 A market, a blanket and home to Cape Breton

Slightly the worse for wear it's off to the market to eat huge chunks of panini for breakfast with strng coffee and wander through this early market. DC finds samosa and asparagus for lunch with the Rose and David. We also buy a second blanket from the lady who raises sheep near James River. She is having trouble with coyotes but thinks she may have the solution in the form of a dog which stays out in the pasture with the sheep. Anyway, fascinating as the story of her dog is, the blanket itself is light and warm, very warm and we enjoy it this very night. Baa Baa.
Taking photos of Barbara's decks for use at Cape George: brilliant idea to make it a long set of steps. then lunch with the Rose and David who has solved his waterpump issue. Time for them to rest. And we have to go, back to Cape George where we are alone: the MB is in Sydney with his doctor-wife who is tending the sick of Sydney. We walk round the peninsula and marvel at the beauty of this place.
